We’re a Bucharest team dedicated to managing IT infrastructure for Romanian companies. We provide user support, infrastructure management, and security on a subscription, with intervention times guaranteed by contract.

Who we are.
HQ was founded in 2004, in Bucharest, and for over 20 years we’ve focused on a single goal: managing IT for companies. Over those years we’ve worked with a range of organizations, from entrepreneurial businesses to the local subsidiaries of international groups, and many of those partnerships continue today.
We work through a monthly subscription billed per user, with public prices and infrastructure services priced separately. The contract guarantees intervention within 1 hour for critical incidents and 4 hours for other requests, alongside 24/7 infrastructure monitoring. We administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, physical and virtual servers, networks, workstations, printers, storage, backup, and antivirus. Our cloud work covers public, private, and hybrid environments.
Certifications and technologies.
Our team holds certifications in service management, networking, security, and hardware infrastructure. We also work with Microsoft, Google, Cisco, VMware, Proxmox, Linux, Acronis, Fortinet, and Veeam technologies.
Our specialists hold CompTIA ITF+ and A+, Bitdefender GravityZone Technical Solutions, and TP-Link Omada Certified Network Administrator (OCNA) certifications, as well as certifications for HPE, Lenovo and Dell hardware infrastructure. The team also has experience with Microsoft, Google, Cisco, VMware, Proxmox, Linux, Acronis, Fortinet and Veeam technologies.
