If employees need Word, Excel, and Outlook installed on their computers, the Office package includes these applications alongside email and online collaboration.

The Office package, at €35 per user per month, includes Word, Excel, and Outlook installed on the computer, alongside email and online collaboration. You can assign it to employees who work in these applications daily and keep Essentials for those who use online tools.

Choosing between Essentials and Office is purely pragmatic. If advanced editing is a daily task, installed applications are a performance necessity. If workflows rely strictly on communication, Essentials is optimal, and the €5 difference represents direct savings.
