# We’ve handled IT for over 15 years.

We’re a Bucharest team dedicated to managing IT infrastructure for Romanian companies. We provide user support, infrastructure management, and security on a subscription, with response times guaranteed by contract.

Some of our clients have been with us for over a decade.

## Who we are.

HQ was founded in 2004, in Bucharest, and for over 15 years we’ve focused on a single goal: managing IT for companies. Over those years we’ve worked with a range of organizations, from entrepreneurial businesses to the local subsidiaries of international groups, and many of those partnerships continue today.

The way we work has been refined over time and is fully transparent. The entire service is included in a monthly subscription billed per user, with public prices. Response times are committed by contract: one hour at most for critical incidents and four at most for standard ones, while equipment gets 24/7 monitoring. We work mainly with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Azure, alongside advanced remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools.
